What: Our remote patient monitoring is a safe and effective way of providing health and wellness-based recommendations based on data which is collected 24/7 remotely by synchronized wearable devices. We can offer remote monitoring of several health-related parameters and provide feedback to make practical and wellness focused changes. Clinical research has proved that remote digital information and feedback from a professional health care provider can help improve your cardiovascular health, sleep health, nutritional approach and fitness level. Another significant benefit of remote monitoring is through providing monthly feedback on your activity, body weight, nutrition. We also provide behavioral and sleep change recommendations which help improve your mental wellbeing. All the information is provided in easy to understand colored graphs and scales.
How: For us to perform continuous remote monitoring, we recommend you share your wearable devices with us. Currently we have the capability of synchronization with apple watch and Fitbit braces for activity and sleep. For body weight and blood glucose monitoring we are using iHealth Lab digital monitors. We are also planning to partner with Oura Ring and Muse (meditation device). These devices help us to monitor your physical and mental health and make recommendations based on the data we collected. It gives us a deeper insight in your daily life which impacts your physical and health. Once a month and we will be reviewing your collected data with you remotely via a 45-minute video conference for a $225 dollar subscription or written recommendation for a $125 subscription. We make recommendations which you will be able to receive via telehealth platform and HIPAA complaint texts with capability of sharing pictures and documents.
Start: We will start with obtaining your health and lifestyle history combined with lifestyle questionnaire. This information helps create a comprehensive recommendation which covers close to 100 points of analytical data. Recommendations are customized based on your age, current health goals in context of your body weight, blood pressure or heart rate, body fat index, your response to stress, your sleep cycle etc.
Health Score: Ours recommendations come with scoring system to provide you overall score of general health which are further subcategorized as prevention score, metabolic score, cardiovascular score, nutrition score. You are also given your goals for optimized socres.
Body Composition: You will receive a report which will give your insight into body composition including BMI, Body fat percentage, lean body mass, waist/height ratio, waist/hip ratio and fat deposit pattern body type. You will be offered to get a full body sensing if your consultation happens in person or if buy a body scanner. This provides even deeper and comprehensive understanding of your body composition which will include skeletal muscle percentage, resting metabolism, visceral fat along with above body age to help you reach your fitness goals.
Body Stats data will include body weight height, waist circumference and collected information will be used to calculate BMI as compared to optimal BMI combined with your body fat composition compared to the optimum level as targets for future reference. We will also provide fat pattern of your body based along with the its carried risk associated to your cardiovascular health.
Activity: We will give you a score of your activity level, your total daily and resting energy expenditure. This will compare your current physical activity level with information compared to optimal level of recommended activity.
Heart: It looks at your heart health, we will give you a resting heart rate, your maximum heart rate, heart rate reserve, assessment of blood pressure based on your age, you pulse pressure and your heart age. It will also include a 10-year cardiovascular event risk assessment.
Fitness: We will provide insight in to your level of fitness compared to your optimal level which is assessed based on your current activity level. You will be given a VO2 max score and your fitness age.
Exercise: Based on your current level of physical activity and fitness level, we will make a customized recommendation of your required exercise and activity with steps/day required to reach your activity goals for optimal fitness. Too much or too little of exercise may have adverse effects on your health.
Nutrition: We will give you in-depth and nonjudgmental analysis of your nutrition. You will be given a plant-based index, assessment of your daily consumption of green leafy vegetables, sulfur vegetables along with analysis of red meat, processed meat consumption based on your answered questionnaire. Assessment of your consumption of healthy fats, sodium, potassium, sugar and fibers will be included. There will be comments on your gut health and consumption of water and alcohol intake. This data will cover with our recommendations for changing diet to achieve optimal health and wellness.
Sleep: Your sleep is as important as your nutrition and physical activity level. Sleep deprivation leads to many chronic diseases and through our digital monitoring will be able to give you useful insight about the current sleep patterns and recommendations to improve your sleep.
Meditation: We incorporate recommendations for daily meditation which helps improve your mental well being. We monitor meditation health effects on your heart rate variability and breathing patterns to give your positive feedback.
Behavior Index: This is based on your current lifestyle. We take in to account your sleep patterns, breathing patterns, heart rate variability, blood pressure, heart rate, your stress level effects from day to day basis. It would provide you information if you lead a risky and sedentary lifestyle. Insight in to your stress handling behavior. It will also comment on your unhealthy habits such as smoking etc. We will also give you assessment of your willingness and participation to change to a nutrition and lifestyle.
Wellness: All of the above data including heart health, fitness health, nutrition health, metabolic and cardiovascular score and your sleep pattern and heart rate variability help us create your Optimal Wellness goals.
